File your nails in one direction to prevent splitting or peeling. Avoid sawing back and forth. 3. Start from the outer edge and file towards the center. 4. Use gentle pressure and avoid over-filing.
Recommended frequency: File your nails as needed to maintain your desired shape and length. Typically, this is once or twice a week.
Additional tips: 1. For best results, file your nails when they are dry. Wet nails are more prone to splitting. 2.
