How to use: 1. Choose the appropriate grit side. Use the medium grit side (180) for shortening and shaping your nails. Use the fine grit side (220) for refining the shape and smoothing the edges. 2. File your nails in one direction to prevent splitting or peeling. Avoid sawing back and forth. 3. Start from the outer edge and file towards the center. 4. Use gentle pressure and avoid over-filing.
Recommended frequency: File your nails as needed to maintain your desired shape and length. Typically, this is once or twice a week.
Additional tips: 1. For best results, file your nails when they are dry. Wet nails are more prone to splitting. 2. Clean your nail file regularly with a soft brush or cloth to remove nail dust and debris. 3. Store your nail file in a dry place to prevent damage. 4.
