Recommended Frequency: The Dr. Scholl Protect Tube Finger can be worn as needed throughout the day to provide relief from pain and friction. Remove the tube at least once a day to allow the skin to breathe. Replace with a new tube as needed when the original tube shows signs of wear or becomes soiled.
