I use this after my evening shower. It feels quite sturdy and does seem to keep my big toe in a better position. It's a little bulky to wear in bed, I must admit, and I sometimes wake up having taken it off in my sleep, but overall I think it's helping. The material is comfortable enough against my skin, though a little sweaty after a few hours.
