Directions for use: 1. Shake well before opening. 2. Pour the desired amount into a cup or bottle. 3. Can be consumed warm or cold. 4. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.

Recommended frequency: Pediatricians recommend at least 2 glasses (500ml or 16.9 fl oz) per day to help meet the nutritional needs of children from 1 year of age.
