The taste of our cereals is authentic and natural. Our recipe for Hero Baby Cream of Rice porridge only contains the sugars naturally present in the cereal, 0.5g of sugar per 100g of product or 0.1g of sugar per serving.

Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing baby's food. 2. Boil 150ml of water and let it cool down to approximately 50°C. 3. Pour the desired amount of water into a clean bowl. 4. Add 20g (approximately 4-5 tablespoons) of Hero Baby Cream of Rice cereal to the water. 5. Stir vigorously with a clean spoon until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous consistency. 6. Check the temperature before feeding your baby. 7. Discard any leftover porridge.
Recommended frequency: This cereal can be introduced as part of a varied diet from 4 months onwards, following your pediatrician's recommendations. Start with one serving per day and gradually increase the amount and frequency as your baby grows and their appetite increases.
Additional tips: Always follow your pediatrician's advice regarding your baby's feeding schedule and introduction of new foods.
This cereal is gluten-free and contains no added sugars, making it a suitable choice for babies with gluten sensitivity or those who are being introduced to solid foods.
Ensure the water is not too hot to avoid burning your baby.
Never add salt or sugar to the cereal.
