1. Shake the bottle well before opening. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. Attach the provided sterile teat. 4. Warm the bottle by placing it in a container of warm water. Do not microwave.
5. Check the temperature on your wrist before feeding. 6. Feed the baby immediately after warming. 7. Discard any remaining formula after feeding.
