These are a lifesaver seriously. Breastfeeding is hard enough without sore nipples. These hydrogel patches give instant relief its like a cool hug for your boobs lol. Stick them in the fridge for extra chill. Def recommend!

Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the patches. 2. Gently pat your nipples dry with a clean towel. 3. Open the sachet containing a Medela Hydrogel Patch and carefully peel off the backing. 4. Center the patch over your nipple, ensuring full coverage of the affected area. 5. Gently smooth down the edges of the patch to ensure proper adhesion. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other nipple, if needed.
Recommended Frequency: Apply a new set of Medela Hydrogel Patches after each breastfeeding session or up to 24 hours of continuous use. Replace sooner if the patch becomes damaged or no longer adheres properly.
Additional Tips: For optimal results, refrigerate the patches before use for an enhanced cooling and soothing sensation.
Do not use if the packaging is damaged or open.
These patches are intended for single-use only and should be discarded after 24 hours or sooner if needed.
