A lactation consultant suggested these. They're good, really comfy. Only thing is, they can be a bit fiddly to get positioned just right in my bra, but once they're in place, they're great.

I'm a big Avent fan anyway and these are just as good as their bottles. Great packaging as always. I find them really easy to clean, too.

Royal Mail : Took a few days longer than originally indicated. However, given the New Year holiday and severe snow here in north Scotland, a few days delay was very understandable.

Ingredients
Avent Nipple Protector Silicone Standard 2 pcs is made of ultra-thin, soft, odourless and tasteless silicone that protects sore or irritated nipples during breastfeeding. It will help us to isolate the skin of the breast during contact between the baby and the nipple, preventing irritation and ensuring proper breastfeeding for our little one.

Product features:
- Mother Care: Breast and Nipple Care
Product Reference: #274523
Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the nipple liners. 2. Invert the nipple liner and place it over your nipple, ensuring the butterfly-shaped wings are positioned comfortably. 3. Gently roll the edges of the liner outwards to create a seal against your breast. 4. Ensure your nipple is centered in the tip of the liner to allow for proper latch. 5. Position your baby for breastfeeding and encourage them to latch onto the liner. 6. After each use, wash the nipple liners thoroughly with warm soapy water and sterilize according to the manufacturer's instructions. 7. Allow the liners to air dry completely before storing them in a clean, dry container.
Recommended Frequency: Use the nipple liners as needed during breastfeeding sessions to protect sore or cracked nipples. They can be used for each feeding until your nipples have healed.
Additional Tips: 1. Ensure the nipple liners are the correct size for your nipples. 2. Inspect the liners regularly for any signs of damage or wear and tear. Replace them if necessary. 3. Consult with a lactation consultant or healthcare professional if nipple pain persists or worsens. 4. Proper latch is crucial for successful breastfeeding, even with nipple liners. 5. Ensure the liner is positioned correctly to allow for maximum skin-to-skin contact between you and your baby. 6. Monitor your baby's milk intake to ensure they are feeding effectively. 7. Do not use the nipple liners continuously without breaks, as this may interfere with milk production. 8. Do not use damaged or worn nipple liners.
