Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the pads. 2. Remove the pad from the individual wrapper. 3. Peel off the adhesive backing strip. 4. Center the pad over your nipple, ensuring the absorbent side is against your skin. 5. Smooth the edges of the pad against your bra to secure it in place.
Recommended Frequency: Change pads regularly, as needed, to ensure dryness and comfort. This may be several times a day, especially during periods of heavier milk flow. Do not reuse disposable pads.
Additional Tips: For optimal hygiene and comfort, change pads at each feeding or whenever they become saturated. Air dry your nipples after each feeding to promote skin health. If you experience any skin irritation or discomfort, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Store unused pads in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Ensure the pads are properly adhered to your bra to prevent slippage and maximize absorbency.
