Open the packaging and remove one disc.
Peel off the adhesive backing to reveal the sticky surface.
Position the disc inside your bra cup, centering it over your nipple. The adhesive backing should secure the disc to your bra to prevent it from shifting.
Make sure the soft, absorbent side is facing your skin for maximum comfort and leak protection.
It's recommended to change the discs frequently, whenever they become saturated, to maintain hygiene and prevent skin irritation. Some mothers may need to change them after each feeding, while others can go longer between changes.
Avoid reusing a disc. Dispose of used discs properly.
If you experience any skin irritation, discontinue use and consult with a healthcare professional. Remember to store them in a cool, dry place.
