Okay, so I've been using these bags for a couple of months now, and honestly, they do the job. They're not the cheapest out there, but they feel sturdy and I haven't had any leaks so far. For the price, I think it's a decent investment if you're serious about storing breastmilk long-term. I'd buy them again.

Instructions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the pouches. 2. Open the pouch by tearing along the pre-cut notch. 3. Carefully pour expressed breast milk into the pouch, leaving some space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing. 4. Seal the pouch tightly using the double self-closing system. Ensure the top is securely closed to prevent leaks. 5. Lay the pouch flat on a level surface and gently press to remove excess air before placing upright in the freezer. 6. Label the pouch with the date of expression and your baby's name (if needed). 7. Store the filled pouches flat in the freezer for optimal space saving and to prevent punctures. 8. To thaw, place the frozen pouch in the refrigerator overnight or in a container of cool water. You can also hold the pouch under warm running water (max 37°C / 98.6°F). 9. Never thaw or heat breast milk in a microwave or boiling water as this can destroy valuable nutrients and create hot spots that could burn your baby.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed to store expressed breast milk.
Additional Tips: Store pouches in the designated carrying case for organization and hygiene.
Freeze milk in small quantities (60-120ml) to minimize waste.
Use the oldest expressed milk first (first in, first out).
Once thawed, use breast milk within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
Do not reuse breast milk storage pouches.
