I used to buy these types of earrings from a different brand, but the posts were always too thick for my baby's sensitive ears. These Inverness ones are perfect! The posts are thinner and the gold plating seems to be very gentle. No irritation so far.

Instructions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Clean the earlobe with the provided antiseptic wipe. 3. Carefully remove the earring from its sterile capsule. 4. Align the marked spot on the earring post with the desired piercing location on your earlobe. 5. With a firm and swift motion, push the earring through the earlobe until you hear a click, indicating the Safety Cluth™ is closed. 6. Do not remove the earring.
Recommended Frequency: Leave the earring in place for at least 6 weeks to allow the piercing to heal completely. Do not change the earring during this period.
Additional Tips: 1. Clean the piercing twice daily with a saline solution or a mild antiseptic. 2. Rotate the earring gently a few times each day to prevent it from sticking. 3. Avoid touching the piercing with dirty hands. 4. Avoid swimming in pools, hot tubs, or natural bodies of water for at least 6 weeks after piercing.
5. If you experience any signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, or discharge, consult a medical professional immediately. 6. After the initial 6 weeks healing period, you can change the earring. Ensure new earrings are made of hypoallergenic materials like surgical steel or 24K gold to minimize the risk of irritation.
7. These earrings are designed for single use. Do not attempt to sterilize and reuse them.
