My lactation consultant recommended this particular flange size for my Medela pump, and it's made a huge difference in my comfort and milk output. I was using the standard size that came with the pump, and it was definitely too small. This larger size fits much better and feels much more natural. Definitely worth the investment if you're having any discomfort while pumping.
