I looked at a bunch of these sets before settling on this one. What sold me was the adaptors for the pump, so much easier to pump directly into the bags. Wish I'd bought this sooner!

How to Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the cups or breast milk. 2. Sterilise the Avent Breast Milk Conservation Cups before first use and after each subsequent use. This can be done by boiling in water for 5 minutes, using a Philips Avent steriliser, or in the dishwasher (top rack only). 3. Express breast milk using a compatible Philips Avent breast pump or by hand expressing. 4. Carefully pour the expressed breast milk into the storage cups, leaving some space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing. 5. Seal the cup tightly with the provided lid. Ensure a secure seal to prevent leaks and maintain freshness. 6. Label the cup with the date and time of expression using a permanent marker on the designated area. 7. Store the filled and sealed cups in the refrigerator or freezer. 8. When ready to use, thaw frozen milk in the refrigerator or by placing the cup in a bowl of warm water. Do not thaw breast milk in the microwave or boiling water. 9. Once thawed, warm the milk to feeding temperature using a bottle warmer or by placing the cup in a bowl of warm water. 10. Attach a compatible Philips Avent teat and screw ring directly onto the storage cup for feeding. Alternatively, pour the warmed milk into a Philips Avent baby bottle.
Recommended Frequency: Use the Avent Breast Milk Conservation Cups as often as needed to store expressed breast milk. The cups can be reused after proper sterilisation.
Additional Tips: 1. Always wash your hands thoroughly before handling breast milk and sterilised equipment. 2. Store breast milk in the back of the refrigerator or freezer, where the temperature is most consistent. 3. Never refreeze previously thawed breast milk. 4. Use the oldest expressed milk first. 5. Do not overfill the cups to avoid spillage and allow for expansion during freezing. 6. Check the integrity of the cups and lids regularly and replace any damaged components. 7. These cups are compatible with Philips Avent Classic, Classic+, and Natural teats, as well as Philips Avent breast pumps. Using other brands may affect performance. 8. For optimal hygiene, replace the storage cups after 3 months of use.
