Count 1 minute for each of the 4 steps:
Deep jacquet pinching:
On clean, dry skin, with the fingers of both hands together, make quick, deep pinching strokes on the skin of the areas to be treated.
Eliminating brushing :
Apply the product to the areas to be treated. Then go over all the affected areas.
Circular draining:
Draw circles upwards on the areas to be treated.
Intense pressure:
Apply about ten pressures on the area to be treated.
