I've been using Berocca for ages, but thought I'd give these a go. They're pretty good, definitely give you a boost. Only thing is, they're a bit too sweet for my liking.

My sister, who's a nurse, recommended these when I was feeling run down. I take one tablet dissolved in water every morning after breakfast. It fizzes up nicely and has a pleasant orange flavor. I've noticed I feel less tired throughout the day, especially during that afternoon slump. It's not a miracle cure, but definitely helps.

These Redoxon Advance tablets are pretty good for the price. I definitely felt a boost in my energy levels after taking them for a week, which is what I was hoping for. The taste is okay, a bit artificial, but not unbearable. My only real complaint is that they take a little longer than I expected to fully dissolve in water, but overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I've been using Redoxon products for years, mainly during flu season. This Advance version is great! I find it easier to dissolve than the regular ones, and the taste is slightly better, not as overwhelmingly citrusy. Definitely helps me feel more energetic during those sluggish winter months.

Allow the tablet to fully dissolve. This usually takes a minute or two.
Once dissolved, the solution will be a clear or slightly cloudy liquid with a citrus flavor.
Drink the entire glass immediately after the tablet has completely dissolved. It is recommended to take one tablet per day.
This supplement is best taken in the morning, ideally with or after a meal to aid absorption and minimize potential stomach upset.
