Overall, I'm happy with this product. I feel like it helps me manage stress a bit better. The only minor issue I have is the size of the tablets – they're a little large and can be tricky to swallow. But the benefits outweigh that small inconvenience.

I've been using NS products for a while now, mainly their sleep aids, and they've always been reliable. This Tryptophan + Neo supplement is a great addition to their line.
