Good product overall. I just wish the capsules were a little smaller, they can be hard to swallow sometimes.

I was a bit skeptical, honestly. My sister kept raving about these, saying they helped her so much during menopause. I figured I'd give them a shot, but wasn't expecting miracles. I've been taking them for about a month now and I have to admit, I'm sleeping better and the hot flashes aren't as intense. Still early days, but I'm pleasantly surprised.
