Okay, so I'm usually super skeptical about supplements, especially ones that claim to boost energy. I've tried a few in the past and honestly, they did nothing. I decided to give these magnesium tablets a shot because I've been feeling so drained lately. Surprisingly, after a week or so, I actually noticed a difference. I don't feel as sluggish in the afternoons. Still a bit wary, but so far, so good.
