You know, for the price, this magnesium is pretty good. I mean, two packs for this... it's a decent deal. I’ve tried others that cost more and didn’t feel much difference. My sleep feels a bit more consistent, not a huge change but enough to notice. Maybe a tiny bit more energy during my gym sessions too, but nothing crazy.
