I was a bit skeptical about adding another supplement, but the packaging on these Arkopharma tablets looked quite professional and clean, which made me give them a try. The tube keeps them fresh, and the individual tablets are easy to pop out. It's not a miracle cure, but I do feel a subtle improvement in my overall vitality, which is more than I expected.

My trainer suggested these for an energy boost. I've been taking them for a few weeks now, one tablet dissolved in water each morning. I definitely feel less sluggish, especially before my afternoon workouts. The effervescent format is super easy to take.
