I've been taking these for a few weeks now. I was looking for something to support my eye health, especially since I spend so much time on screens. I haven't noticed any dramatic changes, but I feel like my eyes are less strained by the end of the day. The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow, which is a plus. No weird aftertaste or stomach upset, which has been an issue with other supplements. Seems to be doing what it's supposed to do.
