I used to take another brand for my eyes, but these seem to be working better. The capsules are a bit on the large side, which is my only complaint really. Overall, I'm happy with the switch.

Been taking these for about a month now. I stare at screens all day for work, and my eyes were feeling really strained by the end of the day. I can honestly say they feel less tired and dry. Not a miracle cure, but definitely a noticeable improvement. I take one capsule with breakfast.
