Pues... la verdad, no sé muy bien qué esperaba, pero me ha sorprendido para bien. A ver, tampoco es magia, pero noto que me ayuda un poco con la retención de líquidos, que es lo que buscaba. No es un cambio radical, pero algo es algo... y eso que llevo poco tiempo tomándolo.

I was a bit skeptical about trying these, to be honest. I used to take a cranberry supplement for urinary health, but it wasn't organic. I wanted something more natural. So far, so good with these dandelion capsules. I've noticed a definite improvement, and I appreciate that they're organic.

I take one capsule in the morning with breakfast and another in the evening with dinner. It's easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I've noticed a significant decrease in discomfort since I started using them. I like that they're easy to swallow, too.
