I've been using this for a couple of weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed. The chocolate flavor is actually pretty good, not too artificial tasting. I mix it into my morning smoothie after my run, and it really helps with muscle recovery. I was a bit hesitant about the price at first, but considering the ingredients and how effective it is, I think it's worth the investment for my training. Definitely seeing a difference in my energy levels too.
