I'm a big fan of this brand, I've used their other sleep aids before, but this one is definitely my favorite. It helps me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night. I don't wake up groggy in the morning either, which is a huge plus. I've tried other brands, but this one is the best for me.

My doctor actually suggested I try this, and overall I'm pretty happy. It does help me fall asleep faster, which is great. I do find I wake up a little groggy sometimes, but that could just be me. Still, a solid product.

I'm already a fan of this brand and their sleep aids. I find the tablets much easier to take than the gummies. The packaging is also very practical, easy to carry in my bag when I travel.
