I was a bit skeptical, I'll admit. I used to take another valerian supplement, a liquid one, and honestly, it tasted awful. I switched to these tablets hoping for something easier to swallow, literally and figuratively. I've been taking them for about a month now, and I have to say, they do seem to help me wind down before bed. I'm sleeping a little better, not tossing and turning as much. So, yeah, pleasantly surprised.

I'm a big fan of Angelini products, I use their vitamin C all the time. Someone at yoga mentioned these for sleep. I've been taking them for a week now and definitely feel more relaxed in the evenings. Not a miracle cure but a noticeable improvement.
