It's good, definitely helps calm me. I just wish the rollerball dispensed a little more product each time. I feel like I have to go over the same area a few times. But overall, happy with it.

I use this on my wrists and temples about 20 mins before bed. It's a subtle scent, not overpowering at all. For the price, and how little you need, it's a great value if you struggle to switch off at night.

I spent ages looking at different aromatherapy roll-ons for sleep, reading tons of reviews. This one seemed to have the best ingredients and the most positive feedback. I've only used it a few times but so far so good. It's easy to apply to my wrists and temples, and the scent is really relaxing.
