Directions for Use: 1. Take 0.5ml (approximately 10 drops) of Heel Sleepeel Oral Drops shortly before bedtime. 2. Place the drops directly under the tongue and hold for a few seconds before swallowing. 3. Alternatively, you can dilute the drops in a small amount of water. 4. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.


Recommended Frequency: Use daily as needed to promote restful sleep.
