Okay, so I've been taking these for a bit now, and I gotta say, they do seem to help with my energy levels... I'm not, like, bouncing off the walls, but I feel less sluggish, you know? Especially in the afternoons. I'm not sure about the sleep part, though... I still toss and turn a bit, but maybe it's helping subtly?

I've been taking these for about a month now, primarily for energy during my workouts and to help with stress. I do notice a slight difference in my stamina at the gym, but I wish the effect was a little more pronounced. It's subtle, but definitely there. Maybe it's just me expecting too much, but overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
