Okay, so I've never tried melatonin drops before. Usually I just toss and turn all night. These seem to actually work? I took them about half an hour before bed and I think I fell asleep faster than usual. Will keep using them!

I'm a big fan of Arkopharma and this is another great product from them! I've used their vitamins before and these melatonin drops are just as effective. Easy to take and helps me drift off to sleep.

Pretty good overall. I've been using these for a week and they definitely help me relax before bed. The taste is a little weird, kind of artificial, but it's not a dealbreaker. I wish it came in a bigger bottle though.
