I'm not usually one for sublingual tablets, but these are surprisingly easy to take. The packaging is simple, nothing fancy, but it does the job of keeping them fresh. I like that they're individually blister-packed; makes it easy to grab just what I need. As for whether they actually help me sleep... so far, so good. No weird aftertaste either, which is a big plus for me.

I spent ages looking at different sleep supplements, reading reviews and comparing ingredients. I wanted something that was easy to take and not too strong. These sublingual tablets dissolve really quickly under the tongue which is great. I've been taking them for a couple of weeks now and I definitely feel more relaxed in the evenings and fall asleep faster. No grogginess in the morning either, which is a big plus.
