These Pranarom Aromaforce Inhalation capsules are decent value for money. They definitely help clear my sinuses when I'm feeling congested, which is great. I just wish the effects lasted a little longer... I find myself needing to use them more frequently than I'd like. Still, a good product overall.

Instructions for use
1 capsule to be diluted in the inhaler, maximum 3 times a day for 5 days. Inhale the water vapour for maximum 5 minutes.
• In case of skin irritation: apply a little vegetable oil to the affected area.
Warnings and storage

Directions for Use: 1. Fill your inhaler with hot (not boiling) water according to the manufacturer's instructions for your specific inhaler. 2. Carefully open one Pranarom Aromaforce Inhalation capsule. 3. Pour the entire contents of the capsule into the hot water in the inhaler. 4. Place the mouthpiece of the inhaler in your mouth and close your lips around it. 5. Gently inhale the vapor for a maximum of 5 minutes.
6. Clean your inhaler thoroughly after each use according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Recommended Frequency: Use a maximum of 3 times per day for up to 5 days. If symptoms persist after 5 days, consult a healthcare professional.
Additional Tips: 1. Do not exceed the recommended usage frequency.
