I was pretty skeptical about these, I'll admit. I've tried melatonin before and it's been hit or miss. But these gummies actually seem to help me wind down and fall asleep faster. I'm not waking up groggy either, which is a huge plus. Maybe it's the "forte" part, I don't know, but I'm pleasantly surprised.
