I used to take a similar product from another brand, but this one seems to be absorbed better. The capsules are a little big, which can be a pain, but overall, I'm very happy with the results.

I've been taking these for about a month now, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall energy levels. I take one in the morning with breakfast and another in the afternoon. It helps me get through the day, especially during busy periods at work. Definitely worth trying if you're feeling run down.
