My friend told me about this stuff. I needed something for my hot flashes they were getting bad. Started taking it about a month ago. The night sweats are less. My mood feels more even too. It really helps with the general discomfort. Less interrupted sleep. Good product so far.

This works better for my energy levels than my previous supplement. Still get some mild flushing in the afternoons, which is a bit annoying, but overall I feel much more balanced and less irritable. It's a solid improvement.
