My joints feel much better after a few weeks. I used to get stiff after my morning walk, but now I'm much more flexible. Energy levels are also up, which is a nice bonus. Definitely a noticeable difference.

I used to take a different magnesium supplement, but it just didn't seem to make much difference for my joints. This one, with the devil's claw, feels like it actually helps with that morning stiffness. I still get a little bit of discomfort after a long hike, but it's definitely less noticeable. The only minor issue is the size of the tablets; they're a bit large to swallow sometimes.

I'm a big fan of Ana Maria Lajusticia, and these magnesium tablets are just as good as their other products. I really feel the difference in my joints, similar to their collagen, but with an extra energy boost.
