Directions for Use: 1. Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1-2 level measuring spoons (approx. 5-10g) of Linomed Granules with plenty of liquid (at least 200ml) preferably water or juice.
2. Children aged 6-12 years: Take 1 level measuring spoon (approx. 5g) of Linomed Granules with plenty of liquid (at least 200ml) preferably water or juice.
3. Stir well and drink immediately. 4. The granules can also be mixed with yogurt or muesli. Ensure adequate fluid intake throughout the day.
Recommended Frequency: Use Linomed Granules once or twice daily. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day for consistent results. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
