Ya había probado otras cosas de Heel y me gustan bastante. Este Essentialis me recuerda un poco a otro que tomaba antes, pero creo que este es más completo. Me noto con más energía y mejor a nivel intestinal.

I used to take another brand of probiotics, but these seem to be working better for my gut. The only thing is the capsules are a little bigger than I'd like, making them slightly harder to swallow. Otherwise, very happy.
