I've been using these Arkocapsulas for a few weeks now and the results are pretty consistent. My digestion feels much smoother overall, which is a big relief. The only thing I'd mention is that sometimes I feel a slight aftertaste for a bit, nothing terrible but it's there. Still, for the effectiveness, it's a minor detail I can overlook.
