I'm new to the whole supplement thing, so I was a little lost at first. A friend recommended these Brudy Pio capsules for energy. I've only been taking them for a week, but I think I feel a bit more... awake? It's subtle, not like a caffeine jolt. I wish the bottle had a little more info on what exactly each ingredient does. Still, so far so good!
