Recommended Frequency: Apply every two hours during sun exposure, and immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. Reapply more frequently on children.
Additional Tips: 1. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even while using sunscreen. 2. Seek shade during peak sun hours (10 am to 4 pm). 3. Wear protective clothing, including a hat and sunglasses, in addition to sunscreen. 4. Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun. 5. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. 6.
