Directions for use: 1. Shake well before each use. 2. Hold the bottle 15-20cm away from your skin and spray generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. 3. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, perspiring, or toweling.4. Do not spray directly onto the face. Spray into hands and then apply to face.
Recommended frequency: Reapply every two hours for optimal protection, and more frequently after swimming, perspiring, or toweling.
Additional tips: 1. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even while using sunscreen. 2. Seek shade, especially during peak sun hours (10am-4pm). 3. Wear protective clothing, including a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses. 4. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. 5. Important: Reducing the quantity of sunscreen applied will lower the level of protection significantly.
