Hold the can approximately 15cm away from your skin and spray evenly over all exposed areas. Make sure to close your eyes and mouth during application to avoid irritation.
Do not spray directly onto the face; instead, spray into your hands and then apply to your face, avoiding the eye area. For optimal protection, apply generously 15-30 minutes before sun exposure.
Reapply every two hours, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
Even on cloudy days, it's important to use sunscreen.
Remember, no sunscreen can provide 100% protection, so it's also important to seek shade, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure during peak hours (10 AM - 4 PM). Do not inhale intentionally. Use in a well-ventilated area.
