I used to take Berocca, but these Multicentrum sachets are way easier to take on the go. No need for water, just pop it in your mouth. The taste is ok, not amazing, but definitely prefer it to the chalky texture of the Berocca tablets. Gives me a good boost for my morning workout.

First time trying something like this. I was a bit skeptical, but I've been feeling so sluggish lately. I've been taking them for a week now and I think I notice a little difference? Maybe it's just placebo, but I'll keep going!
