Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after application to allow the gel to form a protective barrier. 5. If the gel is accidentally removed, reapply as needed.
Recommended Frequency: Apply the gel 3-4 times daily, or as needed, until the canker sore is healed. For optimal results, apply after meals and before bedtime.
