2. Measure out 15ml of iWhite Instant Whitening Mouthwash. 3. Rinse your mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds. 4. Do not swallow. 5. Spit out the mouthwash after rinsing.6. Do not rinse with water immediately after use.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing your teeth in the morning and evening, for optimal results.

Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use to allow the active ingredients to work effectively.
