I've been using Sensodyne for years, and this Immediate Relief version is great. It really does work quickly on sensitive spots. My only slight issue is the texture; it's a bit smoother than I'm used to, almost too smooth? Still, it's a minor thing, and overall, it does exactly what it promises.

The packaging is simple and clean. I like that the tube stands on its cap, makes it easier to get all the product out. As for the toothpaste itself, it does what it says. Noticeable difference in sensitivity after a week.

Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Sensodyne Immediate Relief toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush all tooth surfaces gently for 2 minutes, focusing on areas of sensitivity. 3. Do not swallow. Spit out excess toothpaste after brushing. 4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, morning and night, or as directed by your dentist or hygienist.
Additional Tips: 1. For best results and immediate relief, apply a small amount of toothpaste directly to the sensitive tooth with your fingertip and gently massage for 1 minute, up to twice a day, in addition to regular brushing. 2.
