Directions for Use: 1. Measure out 10-15ml of Phb Total Mouthwash. 2. Rinse mouth thoroughly for 30-60 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Expectorate the mouthwash after rinsing.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing and flossing, for optimal results. Can also be used as needed to freshen breath.
