2. Brush all tooth surfaces gently in a circular motion for at least two minutes, paying special attention to the gum line.
3. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 4. For optimal results, use a fluoride mouthwash after brushing.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, in the morning and evening, after meals.
Additional Tips: 1. For children under 6 years of age, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing to minimize swallowing. 2. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 3. Maintain a balanced diet and limit sugary snacks and drinks.
